We live in Juan les Pins and we always have someone available to meet the guest, day and night. We also place key box when we can however we always prefer to welcome the guests in person.

We are not tax advisers however we have been managing properties for years and understand how to do it. We also have a network of tax advisers and local accountant who can help you figure this out.
How is cleaning managed?
We have a team of cleaners who we have been working with for years who we fully trust to handle and maintain the cleaning to a very high standard. Our cleaning team will come right when client leaves to have it ready for the next ones. We will also take care of cleaning and ironing all the linens.
What is your commission for each booking
We charge 15% on top of booking platforms to manage your property where other agencies take between 20 to 25%.
